Samara Harris is a corporate and real estate attorney whose practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and general contract and corporate matters.

Samara has represented a wide range of clients, including private equity funds, public companies, developers, individuals, and hotel companies in connection with complex real estate transactions. Such transactions include the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, land banking and franchising of diverse real estate assets, such as multifamily and residential developments, student housing, mixed-use developments, retail centers, hotels and single-family homes.

Prior to joining Reicker Pfau, Samara practiced at Holland & Knight LLP in Los Angeles as a member of the firm’s West Coast Real Estate Practice Group.

Samara earned both her J.D., with honors, and B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California. She is admitted to practice law in California.
