Hillary Leffue is a litigation and investigations attorney who focuses on resolving business disputes through negotiation, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She draws on nearly a decade of international nonprofit operations experience to understand clients’ organizations from the inside and to focus on solutions that work in practice, not just on paper. She has handled multimillion-dollar matters, including those involving breach of contract, intellectual property, shareholder disputes, consumer protection claims, and fraud. Her experience spans state and federal courts and arbitral forums across the United States. Hillary also advises clients through internal investigations, whether arising from internal reporting or in connection with government enforcement actions.
Prior to joining Reicker Pfau, Hillary practiced at Foley & Lardner LLP. There, she advocated for clients in cross-border arbitration disputes originating from the U.S., Asia, Europe, and Latin America and represented companies and individuals in enforcement actions by the U.S. Department of Justice and other state and federal agencies.
