Bertie Magit

Bertie Magit is a transactional attorney whose practice includes commercial contracts and licensing, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, employment, and real estate.

Bertie has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, financial services, health, and consumer products.

Prior to joining Reicker Pfau, Bertie practiced at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo, P.C. in San Deigo as an associate in the firm’s Technology Transactions and Licensing Group, where she supported clients on a wide range of legal matters, from structuring strategic partnerships to navigating day-to-day business functions.

Bertie earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School, and her B.A. from University of California, Santa Barbara. She is admitted to practice law in California.
